Lauren Conrad launches her new clothing line at Holt Renfrew on March 28, 2008 in Toronto, Canada.

Well, atleast she ain’t full of shit like the rest of her Laguna beach frenemiez. I see her goin somewhere and making sense.

Giving due credit to her reality show fame, Conrad talks about her endeavor….“Being on a reality show and then trying to branch out into designing, it’s kind of a double-edged sword,”

“I would not be able to have the line if I didn’t have the reality show first or I wouldn’t be able to have it so soon, but because I was on a reality show, you don’t get the respect that you want and … I have done everything to deserve it as far as all the designing and everything that I would’ve done, reality show or not. Because I got the opportunity so much sooner, people are quick to criticize.”

Lauren launched her supposedly’ New,’ Clothing line at the Holt Renfrew Offices on March 28, and at Holt Renfrew, Yorkdale location on March 29, in Toronto, Canada.

Her Womenwear collection is available exclusively at Holt Renfrew in Canada and in 500 boutiques in the U.S.
